I’ve been training with Justin Peterson of life style fitness for the past 5 months. From a scared girl with lower back problems to a girl who can now lift weights and so much flexible, wow, totally amazing. Justin is a perfect combination of tough and warm. I am Dale van Schalkwyk, a student and a aspiring rugby player. I play rugby for the local club in Kuilsriver. I have been training for years on end. At the beginning of the year I started training with Justin. He changed my whole style of gyming to help me achieve my goals. In terms of my needs which is rugby orientated he has helped me become more explosive on the field. Speed-wise he has also helped me drop my times over the 1st 40m.
My conditioning has improved tremendously as I have not missed a rugby match due to injury.
What I enjoy most about training with Justin is how much effort and creativity he puts into our workouts, making sure that I learn something new in each session. He pushes me to the next level, and has a great understanding of my goals.

I hereby commend Justin and the Lifestyle Fitness centre team for their hard work and dedication.  I appreciate the professionalism and in awe of the flexibility to accommodate my busy schedule.  Over the last 2 years I definitely saw some remarkable results ranging from increased muscle build and tone, core strengthening and some weight loss.  Their dedicated fitness and weight loss programme greatly assisted me with completing the Coronation Double Century your (202kms) as well as achieving a personal best sub 4 Cape Town cycle tour (109kms).
